Zero Day
This is an attack that’s launched as soon as new vulnerability is discovered, before a patch is available. While these are impossible to predict, our WAF will virtually patch your site within moments of a Zero Day attach being disclosed.
Every time shoppers place an order, they’re trusting you to keep them safe from hackers who steal information or spread
spyware and viruses. Deliver on that promise with Website Security. It not only finds malware but the security gaps hackers use
to break in.
Most site owners aren’t aware of all these different threats, but we are – and we protect your site against each one of them and more.

The most common threat, malware is an overarching term that covers viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, spyware and more. Malware can erase all your data, steal customer information, infect your visitors – the possibilities are nearly endless.
This attack can bring down your site by overwhelming it with a flood of automated traffic. And every minute your site is down, you’re losing customers and sales. Our advanced security monitoring and Web Application Firewall (WAF) prevent this type of attacks.
This is where an application cycles through every possible password combination until it finds one that works. From there, hackers can access your system, steal sensitive data and doo pretty much whatever they want.
With injection flaws, a hacker sends malicious data as part of a command or query that tricks the site into doing something it shouldn’t, such as giving the hacker your entire customer database.
Commonly abbreviated as XSS, this attack sends user-supplied data to a web browser without validating it first. Hackers use these flaws to hijack users away from the site or deface it, costing the site owner to lose business.
Website Security is a simple tool for maintaining security on your websites and servers.
Website Security scans your websites for potential security-related issues such as pharmaceutical hacks, redirect hacks, backdoor file hacks, Trojan viruses and many more. If Website Security finds an issue on your site, we will notify you as soon as it’s found, along with the next steps you need to take.
Which Website Security features are available depends on the type of Website Security plan you have.

If you are using an Express, Deluxe, or Ultimate plan, you may need to configure the WAF.
After you set up Website Security, we will automatically scan your website every 12 or 24 hours based on the scan frequency that you set. If you are concerned that your site is currently infected, you can prompt Website Security to re-scan your site.
Your scan will get queued and usually takes less than 10 minutes to complete. If Website Security detects any problems in the scan, you will receive email notification along with next steps to fix your site.
If you are on an Express, Deluxe, or Ultimate Website Security plan, we provide HTTPS support to your website as part of your Web Access Firewall (WAF). You can also use a custom certificate (EV, OV, or Wildcard) in addition to the one provided with just a few simple steps.
It can take up to 10 minutes after saving your certificate for the SSL to activate on the WAF.
If Website Security detects compromises or vulnerabilities, it will alert you via email that there is a problem. Once you have been notified that you have malware, you will need to submit a malware removal request.
Our Website Security team will begin the malware removal process, and notify you via email when it is complete.
